Slow down, and lead a more interesting life

A flavourful deep honey coloured Pilsner lager that is slow fermented & conditioned to bring out the best in the beer

A study in purity, simplicity and cleanliness of flavour. A beer with a sharply snappy well-focused hop bitterness, a soft bready centre, and a very clean dry finish. Refreshing and will cut through any nonsense.

A well balanced, flavorsome and refreshing Pilsner. Whatever the time or occasion, it's Little Slow O'clock!

This is a great pilsner - I always benchmark against Pilsner Urquell - and this holds it's own with a pefect blend of sweetness and bitterness! Much better than other pilsners being created by British craft breweries

Drink it with

Shellfish or spicy dishes like curry … the sweetness of the malt marries into the dish and cools the fire while the carbonation physically lifts the hot oils away from the palate

Character on the label

Nick Vale – a mate of mine and someone who gave me lots of good advice when I was first considering different business and marketing concepts for the company. Just like this beer, Nick is no-nonsense and just a little dry
